Products

I sell original paintings and fine art prints.

Because each artwork is handmade or produced individually, slight variations in texture, color, and appearance are considered part of the artwork and are not defects.

Colors

I do my best to display artwork colors accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable artwork.

Pricing

All prices are shown in the selected currency at checkout.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and import fees (where applicable) are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe.

I do not store your payment card information.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside my direct control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, website content, logos, and designs remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

Collectors may display purchased artwork for personal enjoyment but may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or use it commercially without my written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for delays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events beyond my reasonable control.

My liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork where required by applicable law.
