Refund policy

All works are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted originals. Due to their unique and delicate nature, all sales are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind.

Every painting is carefully inspected and packed by hand before leaving my studio.

Minor imperfections or minor damage, such as small areas of paint cracking or flaking, are not considered grounds for a return or refund. These can occur naturally with hand-painted artwork, particularly during international transit.

If your artwork arrives with significant damage or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. I will review the situation and work with the shipping carrier to find the best possible solution.

This is a one-person studio, and I personally stand behind every artwork I send out. If something isn't right, please get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.
